You will be in good company

We strive to recruit the best people which means you will be working with people just like you - people with passion, a drive to succeed and be the best they can be.

A balanced life, it really does matter

We offer a variety of benefits including yearly health checks, paid maternity/paternity leave, the opportunity to contribute to a charity of your choice and much more. We work hard at Adshel to stay focused on our goals, but also have some fun along the way.

Go on, make a difference

We don't profess to have all the answers - that means we encourage our people to contribute and bring fresh ideas.

A little respect

Our behaviours foster mutual respect for our colleagues, our clients, our suppliers and our community.

Explore the current vacancies section to the right. If there isn't a role suitable for you right now but you think you'd make a good fit for Adshel, we'd still love to hear from you. Contact us on careers@adshel.com.au or careers@adshel.co.nz and tell us about yourself.

We continuously review how we recruit to maintain dynamic processes that ensure fairness and professionalism so that you feel you’ve had a positive experience.

So how does the typical recruitment process look like at Adshel?

  1. Face to face interviews – usually two, but never any more than three
  2. Interview feedback – verbally and honestly
  3. Reference checking
  4. Verbal job offers followed up by documented employment contracts and a welcome pack of information
  5. Induction day and assignment of a buddy

Throughout the recruitment process, we will keep you informed of your progress and next stages and hope you would do the same should your circumstances change.
