Adshel's Cleaning and Maintenance program includes:

• Operating a weekly quality and assurance program
• Annually conducting over 650,000 cleaning visits across New Zealand and Australia
• Partnering with the community and the police to prevent vandalism of infrastructure
• Emergency response vehicles that operate on 24-hour standby
• Making unsafe shelters safe within 3 hours of being reported
• Removing broken glass within 3 hours and replacing within 24 hours
• Providing the 24-hour toll-free telephone hotline for easy access to report problems or service requirements.
